SEEKING EXECUTIVE PASTOR—The Church at Litchfield Park, a historic "house of prayer for all people" located in beautiful Litchfield Park, Arizona, is seeking an executive pastor willing to utilize their experience and talents in serving the Kingdom of God. CLP is a dynamic multigenerational community church which celebrates its diversity in unity. The candidate should have a master of divinity degree or equivalent and be ordained by a recognized Christian denomination. A strong administrative background in a church, parachurch or secular business with a proven ability to lead and direct staff is desired. The executive pastor will report directly to the sr. pastor and team with him to carry out the daily operations of the church. Experience in preaching in a contemporary or liturgical setting is required; experience in both settings a plus. An understanding of audio/visual technology, web technology and/or facilities management all will add to a candidate's desirability. DIRECTOR OF FIELD EDUCATION—Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary is looking for a Director of Field Education. This tenure-track faculty position is responsible for the development and operation of the seminary's nationally recognized contextual education program. Administrative responsibilities include recruitment and training of supervisors, the cultivation and nurture of a variety of educational settings in which the practice of ministry is the primary focus, and partnering with a racially and ecclesially diverse group of students and their denominations to nurture them toward ordination. Teaching responsibilities will focus on supervision, theological reflection on ministerial practice, and related areas. The Director of Field Education will report to the dean and work collaboratively with the offices of Lifelong Learning, Alum and Church Relations and Admissions. The seminary's mission is to educate men and women to participate in the redemptive ministry of Jesus Christ in the world. For this position we seek a person with parish experience and an advanced theological degree (D. Min. Th. D., Ph. D.) in addition to the M. Div., who has a significant background in both academic and experiential education. He or she should be an effective educator, administrator and leader in ministry. Successful applicants will have a demonstrated commitment to the church, preferably as an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). DIRECTOR OF THE CENTER FOR SPIRITUAL LIFE AND CAMPUS CHAPLAIN—The position is a full-time, twelve-month appointment reporting to the Vice President for Student Services. The Director of the Center for Spiritual Life plays a critical role, serving as the key facilitator of spiritual and religious engagement and dialogue on campus. The Director will serve the university community as pastor, develop and implement programming to enrich the religious, spiritual and intellectual lives of students and represent the college in its relations with the local religious community. Approximately 10-15% of the director's time will be serving as Campus Chaplain at Gobin Memorial United Methodist Church.
