A morning with a master preacher

I’m looking forward to October 4, when the Century will welcome Cleophus J. LaRue to lead a workshop here in Chicago. It’ll be at the new Gratz Center at Fourth Presbyterian Church. LaRue’s topic is “Preaching Faithfully to the Faithless.”

LaRue—a Texan, a Baptist minister and a professor at Princeton Theological Seminary—is known not only for his preaching but also for his teaching on preaching. Check out his most recent book, or hear him preach.
